Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa online. We do not accept personal checks. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail regarding any processing issues that may arise. Orders shipped to a Massachusetts address will be charged 5% state sales tax.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service to U.S. addresses only. If the ordered item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. We do not send out packages on weekends. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail if there is an anticipated delay. For UPS shipping concerns, please see their website at www.ups.com. Firefly Jewelry & Gifts must be notified of any damaged/defective goods or missing items within seven days of receipt.
Returns
We at Firefly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return your item, please contact us toll free at 1-866-834-7335 within 14 days of receipt so that we can authorize your return. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All items must be returned to us in their original condition. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
